Winx Stand

Named after the renowned mare, The Winx Stand is the latest addition to the Royal Randwick Racecourse infrastructure and will enhance the facilities ability to host world class events.  The stand is a $46.6 million two storey multi-purpose facility which includes conference, dining, and exhibition facilities.  The design significantly enhances the ultimate race day experience for all patrons, whilst providing a versatile space to host other events.

Usher & Company provided surveying services to the Taylors site team and subcontractors for the duration of the Winx Stand project.  Initial site survey included survey control establishment, confirmation of existing site conditions and services investigation for design.  Our team has provided survey set out for civils works and construction progressively throughout the project, as well as final as-built surveys.
