The Otto development is located only 300m from Mermaid Beach with 70 apartments over 8 levels, combining a fusion of urban and beach living on the Gold Coast.
Working in collaboration with the Morris Property Group, Usher & Company provided surveying services across the duration of this project including, establishing cadastral boundaries prior to the commencement of construction, set outs, 3D scanning using our new and advanced technology, subdivisions to separate the commercial and residential, and creating a building format plan and lease surveys.
Another exciting project on the Gold Coast to have been involved with resulting in a thoughtfully designed complex in a central location to all services on the Gold Coast.
