With an estimated build value of $700 million the Clarence Correctional Centre is a safe and secure correctional facility, servicing northern NSW and featuring state of the art security and surveillance while also accommodating up to 1,700 persons.
Usher & Company provided surveying services to the John Holland team and site subcontractors for the duration of the project. Initial site survey included site wide cadastral survey control establishment, confirmation of existing site conditions and services investigation for design. Our services then extended to control establishment for civil works and construction, civil conformance surveys, construction set out as well as final as-built surveys for the John Holland team and various subcontractors working on the project.
