Here at Usher and Company we are always on the lookout for talented surveyors and aim to inspire and develop the skills of students and new graduates who join our team.
We encourage all our graduate employees to move into our Graduate Program after successfully completing their university degree or have had your qualifications recognised by Board of Surveying & Spatial Information NSW (“BOSSI”) and you are able to commence the registration process.
Our graduate program runs across all three of our offices (located in Sydney, Orange and Burleigh Heads).
What we offer you
- Guidance and mentoring with one of our Registered Surveyors.
- Obtain the recognised practical experience in all 5 core areas in the surveying disciplines of rural, urban, strata, town planning and engineering.
- Sharing the experience with other Graduate Surveyors moving through the program at the same time.
- Access to a resource library including past papers and examination material from previous successful candidates.
- Financial assistance with the costs associated during the registration process.
Applicant Eligibility
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
- Applicants must have completed and recognised BOSSI requirements to enter the Candidate Surveyor program.
