Its notable convenience and accessibility, especially in comparison to larger vessels, enables us to efficiently cover expansive bodies of water, making it particularly well-suited to surveying shallow waters, and surf zones.

We utilise Norbit MBE which not only exceeds the International Hydrographic Organisation (IHO) standards for multibeam data capture, but also stands out for its versatility and accuracy.
Multibeam and LiDAR Combination Scanners
At Usher and Company we harness the capabilities of LiDAR technology through both terrestrial and arial scanners. Our Riegal VZ4001 laser scanner and drone featuring the Riegl miniVUX, allows us to survey and generate high-definition point cloud seamlessly.
These scans can be paired with the multibeam capture to supply the client with an above and below water level pointcloud.
